How your personal data is collected, used and protected on this website.
1. Controller

2. What data we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we process the details you enter: your name, your email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your German level, your goal and your message.
TODO — confirm this list once the booking solution is integrated, and add any data the hosting provider records automatically (e.g. server log files, IP address).
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and to arrange your free consultation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) and, where a contract is being prepared, Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
4. How long we keep it

5. Who else receives it
TODO — list all processors once chosen: hosting provider, form/booking provider, email provider, analytics. Each needs a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
6. Third-party services on this site
This site loads the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google.
TODO — either obtain valid consent for this, or self-host the font to avoid the transfer entirely. Self-hosting is the simpler and safer option, and I can implement it on request.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
